Sunrider uses a trade-secret manufacturing process to concentrate and extract the beneficial nutrients from the herbs. Without concentration, you would have to consume huge quantities of certain foods to obtain their benefits. Sunrider takes many pounds of herbs and then cleanse, enhance, grind, formulate, extract, spray dry, concentrate, and flo-coat the herbs to create a small amount of finished, concentrated product.
It is common practice in the herbal industry to simply grind and encapsulate the herbs. However, Sunrider's elaborate manufacturing process sets these products apart from the competition.
Safety And Quality
Sunrider selects the finest raw herbs available and thoroughly cleans them by hand and machine to remove contaminants and heavy metals. Quality control tests each batch of product for contaminants throughout the manufacturing process — a standard almost unheard of. Sunrider does not use popular methods of radiating or fumigating the herbs.
Sunrider's quality control is a leader in the industry — since the beginning, Sunrider has not used animal proteins in their products.
Sunrider is committed to preserving the delicate balance of our ecosystem. Thei facilities are environmentally friendly, with water and air purification systems, recycling systems, water-soluble and biodegradable shipping filler materials, and the use of food-grade, biodegradable lubricants and paints to keep machines running.
Sunrider uses their own environmentally friendly SunBright® SuperClean™ and SunSmile® Fruit & Vegetable Rinse.
